Account Health Desk collects information submitted through diagnostics and contact forms, including notice text, contact details, and technical context such as page URL and user agent.

We use this information to provide diagnostics, service communication, and internal workflow improvement. Data is processed through our Google Sheets submission workflow.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to support and operations personnel who need it.

To request correction or deletion of submitted data, contact support@accounthealthdesk.com and include sufficient details to identify your record.
